Impact Leadership program relies on actionable strategies, learning and development, project-based investments, business collaborations and multiple activities to achieve its essential objectives. It is deeply rooted in learning and development, endorsements and recognition, mentorship and support. It has a unique system that works regardless of geographic, ethnic or religious boundaries. These industry visits especially in the UAE and Saudi Arabia allow delegates from other countries to capitalize on exposure to rapidly growing economies and systems that are fostering innovation and digital transformation for higher social and economic impact.

These industry visits play a pivotal role is strengthening ties between countries paving way forward towards exchange of resources and knowledge to foster innovation and establish greater economic equality around the globe. It relies on its bank of members to arrange industry visits and seamless flow of business interactions. The current program has welcomed delegations from Bolivia, Argentina, Peru, Kenya, Tanzania and India to UAE.

Impact Leadership Awards are globally revered for cherishing high impact leaders worldwide. The endorsement program impresses changemakers, attracts investors and encourages emerging leaders to strategize and lead with grace. Impact Leadership Awards bring global leaders on a single platform, validates and endorses their work and encourages them to partner in high impact projects worldwide. The awards are organized every year in three major segments of Impact Leadership Global Awards, Impact Global Women Leadership Awards and Impact Excellence Awards. The events related to this segment bring together leaders from more than 46 different countries who celebrate each other’s impact and connect deeply to work on various business avenues.
