Impact Leadership Global Awards 2025 are organized to connect, endorse and recognize global leaders in various sectors who have out-performed in 2023 and before, and have a winning history of excellence. This prestigious event is designed to endorse and recognize industry leaders, business icons, social influencers, humanitarians, philanthropists, executives, and CEOs who have made remarkable contributions to their respective fields. By bringing great minds together, this ceremonial event sets new expectations for a brighter future.
We believe that leaders inspire more leaders. That’s why creative arts leaders, authors, thinkers, and industry experts from different fields are also nominated to win in 150+ award categories. The award ceremony welcomes inspiring personalities, business leaders, and innovators from all sectors including but not limited to energy, technology, agriculture, health, communications, media, art, music, management, sustainability, fashion, entrepreneurship, coaching, mentorship, economic empowerment, mobility, human rights, and many more. These awards celebrate the inspiration existing leaders are passing on to the aspiring leaders.
Impact events nominates jury to select around 100 winners from among nominees in more than 150 categories.

H.H. Engr. Sheikh Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al-Qasimi
H.H. Engr. Sheikh Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al-Qasimi has a keen vision that has been emphasized with great experience in developing the strategy to create opportunities through well-advised planning; this experience is an integral part of his career.
H.H. is the Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al-Khaimah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ras Al-Khaimah International Airport since 1997, a member of Ras Al-Khaimah Executive Council and Chairman of Ras Al-Khaimah Travel, Tourism & Cargo Agents Business Group. His hard-working ethics led him to become a member of the Board of Directors of the General Civil Aviation Authority of the United Arab Emirates for the past 25 years. Thus, his achievements have been a major part of the application of international, federal, and local civil aviation laws.
H.H. previously was the Founder and held the position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ras Al-Khaimah Catering Company, the Chairman of Ras Al-Khaimah National Travel Agency, and a member of RAK Cooperative Society. Due to his extensive experience, H.H. played a vital role in the growth and development of the National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah as a former member of the Bank's Board of Directors and chaired several board executive committees over the past 21 years. Moreover, H.H. is also considered the most prominent figure in terms of managing international affairs as Chairman of the British Joint Committee in Ras Al-Khaimah.

For this purpose talented children with special needs chosen by their teachers and care mentors at Al Manzil Center will be awarded during Impact Awards ceremony for their skills and talent. This is our effort to make the purpose of Impact Award more inclusive and focused.

We have worked with 15+ schools, 275+ corporates & 10,000+ individuals since 2005, and have won several international awards such as the UN Zero Project, Arabian Business Social Service Provider & Princess Haya Outstanding Director General Award.

Global Women Leadership Program, founded in 2021, rooted in the UAE, is a venture open to support women from all regions. It is an equal opportunity platform that works to inspire women towards leadership through its yearly activities. Its annual conference and awards gala happens every June where women leaders in various industries and sectors get together to celebrate their achievements and set new targets of collaboration. We Care For The Environment
Impact Events & Media cares for the environment, therefore, we have 85% less plastic use in the entire event campaign as well as the awards ceremony. We have no lanyards, no badges, no printed tickets, or printed passes for the event. The registration desk will check your digital pass to allow entry in the ballroom. We are also not making use of a printed media board in the event, you may click photographs on stage after the event against the digital screen or have a beautiful photograph done against the charming and luxurious interior design of the ballroom. Let us reduce our carbon footprints and love the planet.
